Q: How do I activate my trackable?
A: Please go to this part of the geocaching.com site to activate your trackable. Should you have any questions or issues please contact us.

Q: What shipping options do you offer?
A: We offer shipping by Australia Post and selected other couriers. When you are checking out you will be able to select from a range of shipping options including Express Post. We sometimes upgrade your service to a courier service at our cost.

Q: How will I know when my item has shipped?
A: We will send you an email once your order has shipped. If there is a tracking number related to your order we will include this on your email. Any orders sent with Australia Post can be tracked here.

Q: What payment options do you offer?
A: We accept payment via MasterCard, Visa or American Express. We offer these options as it makes the checkout process quick, easy and secure!
